Terms of Service
These are starter terms and should be replaced or reviewed before being used as a final client agreement.
Services
Project scope, deliverables, timing, revisions, and fees will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Client materials and access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approved brand assets, and only the store access needed for agreed work.
Approvals and results
Clients remain responsible for final approvals. Performance examples are not guarantees, as results depend on the offer, traffic, market, and other factors.
Ownership and portfolio use
Ownership and usage rights will follow the written project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, completed public-facing work may be shown as portfolio work.
